Swivel Seat (LX and Re-S Models)	No getting on or off the lift over the stairs at the upper landing, reducing the chance of a fall. Given the swivel safety switch, the lift wil lnot operate in the swivelled position.
Running Lights (LX Model )	Lets rider know lift is "powered up" and ready to go. Lights operate only when lift is properly positioned, ie: seat forward and locked.
2 Year Limited Warranty	All parts are covered under warranty against defect. All parts are stocked and are easily accessible.

Controls at Both Landing and on Chair.	Allows for attendant operation if required. Allows you to move the lift out of the way, if required. The rider will never be stranded at a landing if the chair is inadvertently moved. Unlike hand-held remote control call stations, there is no chance of these being, "mislaid".
